AI-assisted Client Care

When you use NOLLUMI AI Care, we process the message you submit, conversation identifiers and limited technical information used for security and rate limiting. NOLLUMI AI Care uses Cloudflare services, including Cloudflare Workers AI and D1, to generate responses and store conversation history.

AI Care conversation data is normally deleted after 90 days. If you choose to send the conversation to human Client Care, the information included in the support ticket may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to provide support, handle disputes, comply with law or protect the service.

AI Care may make mistakes and does not make final decisions about payments, refunds, legal rights, product safety, privacy or security incidents, policy exceptions, or private account and order matters. Please do not provide authentication credentials, payment credentials, government identification or information that is not needed for your request.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on this website, update the "Last updated" date and provide notice as required by applicable law.
