Membership details
How does free standard shipping work?
Spend US$25 or more on eligible products in one order while membership is active. Free standard shipping applies to every qualifying order, and your cart shows any amount remaining.
Renewal & eligibility
Renews automatically. Turn off future renewal anytime; benefits continue through the paid term.
Membership fees do not count toward the order threshold. Eligible products, addresses and shipping services are confirmed at checkout.
How does an Annual upgrade work?
An Annual upgrade starts after your paid Monthly term, so no paid time is lost.
What happens when I cancel future renewal?
It stops the next charge. Benefits remain active through the paid-through date in My NOLLUMI.
