1. Agreement to these terms
By purchasing NOLLUMI Membership after the membership price, renewal cadence and link to this policy are displayed, the customer agrees to this Membership & Subscription Policy and authorises recurring charges at the selected cadence until future renewal is cancelled.
2. Plans and recurring prices
NOLLUMI Membership is available at the following Australian base prices:
- 1 month: A$14.95, renewing every month.
- 6 months: A$44.95, renewing every 6 months. This saves A$44.75 compared with six monthly renewals at the current monthly price.
- 12 months: A$84.95, renewing every 12 months. This saves A$94.45 compared with twelve monthly renewals at the current monthly price.
Prices displayed to customers outside Australia may be converted by Shopify Markets into the customer’s presentment currency. Taxes, conversion and final totals are shown before payment where applicable.
3. Membership benefit
While the membership is active, the member receives complimentary standard delivery on eligible NOLLUMI orders to supported destinations. The member must use the customer account or email associated with the active membership so that the benefit can be recognised. The available delivery service is shown at checkout.
The benefit has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and does not apply to delivery methods, destinations, products or charges expressly identified as ineligible.
4. Automatic renewal
Each plan renews automatically for another term of the same length at the price disclosed for the next renewal, unless the customer turns off future renewal before the next billing date.
If NOLLUMI changes a recurring price, the change will apply only to a future renewal after reasonable advance notice. A customer who does not agree to the new recurring price may turn off future renewal before that charge.
5. No pause; cancellation affects future renewal only
Membership cannot be paused. Turning off future renewal prevents the next recurring charge but does not end, cancel, shorten or refund the membership term already paid for. Benefits remain available until the current paid term ends, subject to this policy.
Future renewal can be turned off through the secure subscription manager or by contacting Client Care. A cancellation request received after a renewal has already been processed applies to the following renewal unless a refund is available under section 6 or required by law.
6. Membership refunds
Except as required by the Australian Consumer Law:
- membership fees are not refundable for change of mind after any membership benefit has been used during the relevant paid term, including where complimentary delivery has been applied to an order;
- this rule applies to every plan length, including where a benefit is used only once during a 6-month or 12-month term;
- initial membership purchases are not refundable for change of mind; and
- if a 1-month membership automatically renews and the member has not placed an order, used complimentary delivery, or used any other membership benefit during the renewed term, the member may contact Client Care within 7 days of the renewal charge to request a refund of that renewed 1-month term. If approved, the renewed membership ends when the refund is processed.
Any refund right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded remains available.
7. Failed payments and access
If a recurring payment fails, Shopify or the payment provider may retry the payment. Membership access may be suspended or ended if payment is not completed. NOLLUMI is not responsible for bank fees or card-provider charges.
8. Fair use
Membership is for the personal use of the member and their household. NOLLUMI may investigate suspected fraud, resale, account sharing, manipulation of delivery benefits, or other misuse. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, provided this is done consistently with applicable law and does not remove rights that cannot be excluded.
